Ernie is an entrepreneur with more than 5 years of experience in social innovation and technology start-ups based in Singapore. As Product Manager for Prep Junior, she manages the game from concept to development and testing. Drawing on her experiences as CEO at Code for Asia Society Ltd. and various stints in the education sector, Ernie is passionate about building communities and software that can scale learning. A strong believer in cross-cultural collaborations, Ernie has hosted ChangemakerXchange – an impact retreat for top social entrepreneurs from around the region in China since 2018 and initiated the InnovAsian coalition to co-create desired futures in the region with partners and youths.
